Goals for 2026 and update

 2026 has started with such promise and my word for the year is Health. In that realm, I have made some goals to try to ensure that I am healthier by the end of the year than when the year started.


Spiritual

  • Read at least 6 spiritual books (1/6)
    • Change your words, change your life by Joyce Meyer
  • Pray the rosary every day
  •  Go to church 52 times
    • (2 down 50 to go)
Physical
  • Jog once per week
    • Week one jogged 1 time
  • Beat You vs the Year 
    • already at one percent
  • Aim to eat 5-6 fruits/veggies every day
  • Get 10k steps at least 3 times per week 
Monetarily
  • Read at least 20 books that I own
  • Try to spend less than 100 dollars a week on groceries
    • Week one 57.47
Travel
  • Get a US passport
  • travel overseas
