2026 has started with such promise and my word for the year is Health. In that realm, I have made some goals to try to ensure that I am healthier by the end of the year than when the year started.
Spiritual
- Read at least 6 spiritual books (1/6)
- Change your words, change your life by Joyce Meyer
- Pray the rosary every day
- Go to church 52 times

Physical
- Jog once per week
- Week one jogged 1 time
- Beat You vs the Year
- already at one percent
- Aim to eat 5-6 fruits/veggies every day
- Get 10k steps at least 3 times per week
Monetarily
- Read at least 20 books that I own
- Try to spend less than 100 dollars a week on groceries
- Week one 57.47
Travel
- Get a US passport
- travel overseas
