Does it mean:
- eating healthy- i think yes, but what type of diet
- meditating? I am not sure
- doing yoga
- exercising- yes but what type of exercise?
- having a work life balance
I am not sure about any of the things above. I know that I need to keep a food diary. I will also probably talk to a nutritionist. My job is pretty stressful. I admit that. I need to figure a few things out and I am going to take the next few months to try to figure it out.
